Men's Lacrosse Slips to Misericordia, 16-2

Dillon Kane scores twice

Scranton, Pa. — Marywood University lost to Misericordia University by a 16-2 score on Thursday evening in non-conference men's lacrosse. 

Nick Ericson won 19 of 21 faceoff chances for a .904 success rate. Ericson contributed 13 ground balls. 

Dillon Kane scored both of the Pacers' goals. Sheamus Scanlan and Nick Baker each finished with an assist. 

Kane, Cam Hallett, Zach Pramik and Colin Trainor had four ground balls apiece. Pramik tallied two caused turnovers. 

Trainor finished with 13 saves in his return to the cage. Gavin Ammlung made three saves in 15 minutes. 

Misericordia's Jared Pelleccione and Connor Bevan led with three goals and two assists. Chris Dindino made eight saves in 36 minutes, 30 seconds. 

Marywood will travel to SUNY Morrisville on Wednesday, March 20.
