Scranton, Pa. — Marywood University women's tennis dominated Clarks Summit University on Tuesday capturing a 9-0 win.
In the doubles matchups, Faith Kendricks and Mckenna Seavey won 8-6 in the #1 slot. Kylie Kilgore and Cat English had a shutout win of 8-0 in the #2 slot, while the last doubles match was won by forfeit.
Marywood also won all of its singles matches of the day. Faith Kendricks won in No. 1 singles 6-4, 6-0 over Naomi Sadowitz. In the No. 2 singles, Kylie Kilgore took the win with scores of 6-4, 6-0.
The #3 singles match was taken over by a win from Mckenna Seavey 6-0, 6-1. Gabby Nunez and Cat English had shutout wins in the #4 and 5 singles match scoring 6-0, 6-0. The last singles matchup was won by a forfeit.
Marywood will take on Neumann University in an AEC matchup on April 6.
