Highlanders Upend Pacers in Three Sets

Scranton, Pa. — Marywood University fell in three sets to Cairn University on Wednesday evening in volleyball. The Pacers lost by scores of 25-17, 25-16, 25-13. 

Cairn (2-0) finished with a .281 hitting percentage for the match to the Pacers' .011 mark. Both teams had 45 digs. 

Jaedyn Laws had a double-double of 11 assists and 10 digs. Peyton Fischer had 11 digs. 

Casey Hagerstrom and Ryleigh Hart had team-best five kills. 

Cairn's Caroline Conrad tallied 10 kills and 10 digs with three aces. Bridget Dahn made eight kills. Olivia Zepp assisted 30 points.
