Women's Soccer Captures Team Academic Award

22nd honor in program history

Kansas City, Mo. — The Marywood University women's soccer teams earned the 2024-25 United Soccer Coaches Team Academic Award, officials announced on Friday.

The women's soccer team earned its 22nd overall and 21th consecutive honor with a 3.70 GPA. The women's soccer team had the 24th highest GPA in NCAA Division III.

A total of 753 soccer teams (307 men, 446 women) posted a team grade point average of 3.0 or higher, thereby earning the United Soccer Coaches Team Academic Award for the 2024-25 academic year. Of that total, 171 schools had both their men's and women's programs recognized.

United Soccer Coaches annually celebrates the academic achievements of teams whose student-athletes collectively demonstrate a commitment to excellence in their studies over the course of a full academic year.
