Pacers Halt the Roadrunners in Shutout Victory

Walters scores her sixth goal of the season

Scranton, Pa. — The Marywood University women's soccer team extended their win streak to four game on Saturday afternoon with a 1-0 victory over Ramapo College. 

The Pacers scored in the 31st minute, as Kylie McDonald sent a cross to Carly Walters, putting the Pacers ahead, 1-0. 

Walters now has six goals on the season. 

Genevieve Morrison held down the Roadrunners, recording a clean sheet with three saves. 

Marywood tallied 15 shots with eight being on-goal. 

Ramapo had seven total shots. 

The Pacers had 11 corner opportunities. 

Marywood will host Cairn University, Wednesday evening.
