Cresson, Pa. -- Marywood University cruised to a 6-0 win over Mount Aloysius College Saturday in non-conference victory.
Maura Kirkpatrick scored a hat trick. She added an assist for a seven-point effort.
Faith Meals recorded a pair of assists.
Kirkpatrick opened the scoring in the sixth minute off of a Meals assist.
The two teams remained scoreless until the 30th minute.
Riley Bittenbender converted Kirkpatrick feed for a 2-0 lead.
The Pacers (7-1-1) piled on four goals in the second half. Kirkpatrick scored twice in a 2:38 span to notch the hat trick in the 58th minute.
Morgan Fitzpatrick tallied her first career goal on an unassisted score in the 74th minute.
Peyton Devonshire capped the scoring with her first off a
Kiersten Taylor assist in the 85th minute.
Marywood outshot the Mustangs by a 21-3 margin with a 14-3 advantage on shots on target. Mount Aloysius edged the Pacers 5-4 in corner kicks.
Addie Galea captured the clean sheet with three saves.
Marywood travels to Gwynedd Mercy University on Wednesday.
