2012...CSAC All-Sportsmanship team. CSAC All-Academic Honor Roll. NFHCA Division III National Academic Squad. Named team captain. Started and played in all 16 games, registered two assists. 

2011...CSAC All-Academic Honor Roll. Named to CSAC Player of the Week Honor Roll for Week ending Oct. 9.  Started and played in all 15 games.  Had three gaols and one assist for seven points.  Had one game-winning goal.

2010...Second Team All-Conference selection. CSAC All-Academic Fall 2010.  Started and played in all 16 games. Registered team-leading three assists. Had one defensive save. Named Dr. Jane Farr Award winner.

2009...CSAC All-Academic Fall 2009.  Started and played in all 17 games.  Second on team in scoring with four goals and eight points.  Had one game-winning goal.

High School...High honor roll and honor roll all four years. National Honors Society. JV team captain 2007-2008. Played on Total Dutch select U16 & U19 club teams from 2007-2009. Attended National Hockey Festival in 2008. Attended Disney Field Hockey Showcase in 2009.

Personal... Daughter of Rick and Charlene Bergstrom, majoring in Early Childhood/Special Education.
