2018...First Team All-Atlantic East. USTFCCCA All-Academic Embargo. Finished in second place at Atlantic East Championships in a time of 30:25. Ran a PR of 26:35 at Lock Haven. Finished in 80th place at the Mid-Atlantic Regionals in 27:58.
2017...First Team All-CSAC. ECAC President's Honor Roll. CSAC All-Academic Honor Roll. Came in fourth place at the CSAC Championships with an 8K time of 30:09. Finished in 143rd place with a time of 27:47.
2016...First Team All-CSAC. Team MVP. CSAC All-Academic Honor Roll. CSAC Weekly Honor Roll (9/4, 9/25, 10/9). Finished in second place at CSAC Championships with a 27:07. Placed 110th at the NCAA Mideast Regionals at DeSales, setting a PR of 27:07. Ran a 27:49 for 71st at the DeSales Invitational. Came in 69th with a 27:57 at Lock Haven. Placed second at dual meet against Clarks Summit at McDade Park. Ran the team's fastest time in six of the eight meets.Â
High School...3200 relay outdoor and indoor state champions. Competed at Millrose Games. Finished fourth in PIAA Class 4A cross country championships.Â
Personal...Son of Trish and Robert Golembeski. Majoring in Aviation Management.
