2021-22...At the 2022 Atlantic East Conference Championships, finished 11^th in 500 Free (5:47.92), 6^th in 200 Free (2:12.34), and 6^th in 1650 Free (20:18.67). Recorded 19 top-three finishes in the regular season.

2020-21...At Atlantic East Conference Championships, finished 11^th in 500 Free (5:53.29), 14^th in 200 Free (2:11.90), and 6^th in 1650 Free (20:43.55). Was also part of 200 Free Relay (1:42.47), 400 Medley Relay (4:17.23), 800 Free Relay (8:28.31), and 400 Free Relay (3:53.47), all which finished 4^th. Recorded 1 first place finish and 5 top 3 finishes during dual meets.

2019-20...Atlantic East Weekly Honor Roll (1/28). Recorded first career individual dual-meet win during Marymount/Immaculata tri-meet in the 1000 Free. Had two dual-meet wins and 14 dual-meet top-3 finishes.

2018-19...One third-place top-3 dual meet finish. Finished 8th in the 800 Free Relay (8:20.34), 21st in the 200 Free (2:19.96), 24th in the 1650 Free (21:16.09) and 27th in the 500 Free (6:04.41) at the Landmark Championships.

2017-18...3^rd place finish in the 1000 free in dual vs Cabrini.

High School... Four year letterman for the Tunkhannock High School Swim Team and Captain for his team 2016-2017. Finalist in 2014 for the Most Inspirational High School Athlete Contest for USA Today National Guard Contest.

Personal... Son of Bruce and Melinda Shannon, majoring in Computer Science.
