Justin Haddix joins the Pacers' staff in 2022 as a volunteer assistant coach. Haddix played three years with the Pacers after transferring in from nearby Misericordia after his rookie campaign. 

In his first year at Marywood (2015), Haddix was named Second Team All-CSAC and was named the CSAC Pitcher of the Week two times. He led team with 1.93 ERA after going 4-3 in nine appearances and six games started.  In his 46.2 innings pitched that season, Haddix struck out team-leading 51 batters while walking just 14 and held opponents to .224 batting average. He also had a team-best five complete games and two shutouts.

In 2016, his junior captain, Haddix was named to the CSAC All-Sportsmanship team and again earned Pitcher of the Week honors. That year, he set a school record with 14 strikeouts in a 7-inning game on March 11, 2016 versus Bethany(W.V.).  He again led the pitching staff with 56 strikeouts and 56.2 innings pitched. In his senior year (2017), Haddix dealt with a year-long injury but managed to fan 21 batters in 33 innings pitched. 

Haddix was a Lackwanna League First Team All-Star as a pitcher and All-Region Second Baseman His team won the District Championship.
