2015...Honorable Mention All-CSAC. Chi Alpha Sigma Athletics Honor Society. Named Team Captain. CSAC All-Academic Honor Roll. NFHCA National Academic Squad. Pacer Scholar Athlete. Started and played in all 17 games. Ranked second on team with seven assists and added two goals for 11 points.  

2014...Named to the Gladiator by SGI/NFHCA Collegiate National Academic Squad. All-Conference Honorable Mention.  CSAC All-Academic Honor Roll. Dr. Jane Farr Award for Excellence in Field Hockey.  Started and played in all 17 games.  Ranked third on the team in goals (8), second on the team in assists (5) and second in points (21).  Had two game-winning goals.

2013...Gladiator by SGI/National Field Hockey Coaches Association (NFHCA) Division III National Academic Squad. CSAC All-Academic Honor Roll. Started and played in all 17 games. Ranked second on the team in goals scored (5), assists (4) and points (14). Had one game-winning goal. 

2012...All-Conference Honorable Mention. CSAC All-Academic Honor Roll. NFHCA Division III National Academic Squad. Team leader in assists (3) and second on team in goals (6) while tying for team lead in points (15).  Had one game-winning goal. Started and played in all 16 games.

High School...Earned four varsity letters. Three-year Colonial Conference First Team All-Conference. Unsung Hero award. Colonial Confernece Sportsmanship Award. Senior Showcase All-Star. Gateway HS Fall Coaches Award. 

Personal... Daughter of Ernest and Karen Kowalski, majoring in Art Therapy.
