2013... First Team All-CSAC. CSAC All-Sportsmanship Team. Team MVP. Named to CSAC Runner of the Week Honor Roll for week ending Sept. 21. Selected team captain.

2012...First Team All-CSAC.  Team MVP.  Finished fourth at Conference Championship with a time of 27:40.8, helping team to third place finish.  55th place finish at NCAA Regionals.  Team Captain. Named CSAC Co-Runner of the Week for week ending September 16th. Named CSAC Runner of the Week for week ending September 9th.  Named to the CSAC Runner of the Week Honor Roll for week ending September 23rd and October 13.  Top finisher for the team in all seven races. Lowered personal best time by nearly two minutes; set and broke the school record a total four times including running a season best and school record of 26:11 at the Connecticut College Invitational.

2011...Second Team All-Conference.  Named to CSAC Runner of the Week Honor Roll for week ending September 25th.  Placed 10th at the CSAC Championships (8K) with a time of 29:30.1.  Placed 170th at NCAA Regionals (8K) with a time of 29:05.  Finished in the Top 3 in every race. Broke 29:00 mark twice including a season’s best finish of 28:10 at the Paul Short Invitational hosted by Lehigh University.

High School...2010-11 New Jersey Interscholastic Conferene (NJIC) First Team - 1600m, NJIC First Team - Cross Country, NJIC Honorable Mention - 800m, Scholar Athlete, 2009-2010 Bergen Passaic Scholastic League (BPSL) First Team - 3200m, BPSL First Team - Cross Country.
