Marywood University Pacers

2014...Marywood Male Athlete of the Year. First Team All-Conference. Named to CSAC All-Sportsmanship Team. Named NSCAA Men's College Division Scholar All-East Region. CSAC All-Academic Honor Roll. Named CSAC Player of the Week for the week ending Oct. 19. Finished second on the team with seven goals, in addition to one assist for 15 points. Scored game-winning goals in three consecutive games. Tallied a game-winning goal in the 90 minute via direct kick to down Cabrini by a 1-0 score. Curled a game-winning goal from 25 yards deep in the 100th minute to give Marywood a 1-0 overtime victory over Centenary. Continued his streak with a game winner over Immaculata. Tacked on the team's lone goal in a 1-1 shootout loss to Neumann in the CSAC final. Also scored against Wilkes, Manhattanville, and Baptist Bible. Finished third in school history with 72 starts.

2013...First Team All-Conference. CSAC All-Academic Honor Roll. Named Marywood Male Athlete of the Year. Team MVP. CSAC Player of the Week for the weeks ending Sept. 16 and Oct. 6. Started in 18 games. Scored five goals and an assist for 11 points. Tied for the team lead with three game-winning goals against Alfred, Centenary and Rosemont. Scored the game-winner on a penalty kick goal in the 62nd minute against Centenary. Posted two goals against Immaculata.

2012... Honorable Mention All-Conference. CSAC Academic Honor Roll. Appeared in 17 games, starting in 15 contests. Scored three goals and an assist for seven points. Connected on the only goal of the game in a win over St. John Fisher on Sept. 2. Netted the game-winning goal in a 4-1 victory over Frostburg State in the ECAC quarterfinal.

2011... Second Team All-Conference. CSAC Academic Honor Roll. Started all 20 games and ranked second on the team with 16 points on six goals and four assists.  Scored first collegiate goal against CSAC foe Cabrini College on Sept. 21. Scored game-winning goal in win over NYU-Poly on October 15th. Named to Dean's List both semsters.

High School...2010 All-State - Colonial League, First Team Morning Call All-Area Team in 2009 and 2010, First Team Colonial League in 2009 and 2010, Captain of Colonial and Mountain Valley Teams in the Lion's All-Star Soccer Classic, Team captain in 2010,  Team MVP in 2009 and 2010, Ranks in top-ten all-time scorers at Southern Lehigh High School, Captain of Colonial and Mountain Valley teams in Lion's All-Star Soccer Classic, Member of FC Revolution Premier Team from 2007-2011, graduated with Honors in June, 2011.

Personal...Son of Robert and Sandy Kassel. Dual major in Marketing and Management.
