Marywood University Pacers

2013... Third-Team All-Mideast Region. First Team All-Conference. CSAC All-Academic Honor Roll. Team MVP. CSAC Runner of the Week for the week ending Oct. 6. Selected team captain. 

2012.... Finished 64th (22:30) at NCAA National Championships in Terra Haute, Ind. Led team to 7th place finish at Regionals. Named Second Team All-Mideast Region. First Team All-Conference. Marywood Female Athlete of the Year. Team MVP. CSAC All-Academic Honor Roll. Finished first at CSAC Championships in a time of 19:19.8 to help team to third consecutive Conference Championship. Named CSAC Runner of the Week for weeks ending Sept. 16 and Oct. 13. Led the Pacers in five meets this season. Top Pacer at the 6k Oneonata Invitational and second overall in a time of 22:47. Broke the school record at the Connecticut Invitationl and placed fifth in a time of 22:02. Finished regionals with a 13th  place in a time of 22:42. Second Pacer to qualify for Nationals. Fourth Pacer to win a conference championship. Ran five of the fastest 11 6K times in school history.

2011...First Team All-Conference. CSAC All-Academic Honor Roll. CSAC Sportsmanship Award. Placed third at the CSAC Championships (6K) with a time of 21:03.4.  Placed 41st at NCAA Regionals (6K) with a time of 24:15. Finished in second place for the Pacers in every race she competed. Best time of the season in the 5k was at the Lebanon Valley invite where she placed 11th in 19:18. Her best time in the 6k was at the Paul Short Brown Invite where she placed  96th in 23:54.

2010...First Team All-Conference.  CSAC All-Academic Fall 2010.  Placed 3rd at the CSAC Championships (5K) with a time of 18:53.  Placed 47th at NCAA Regional Championships (6K) with a time of 23:56.7.  Rookie of the Year Award. Finish for the team in all seven races. Second place finish at Gwynedd 5k Invitational in a time of 19:39. In first 6k race, finished 20th place at Slippery Rock Invitational in a time of 23:52. Owned a top 25 finish at the Paul Short 6k Invitational in a season-best time of 22:42.

High School...In track and field: four-time First Team IAC All-Star, four-time Scholar Athlete Award, Section IV Sportsmanship representative for the NYSPHSAA 2010 Outdoor Meet, qualified for the indoor and outdoor NYSPHSAA meets in 2009 and 2010, three-year National Honor Society member, Coaches Award, MVP, Will to Win Award, Most Outstanding Performance Award, and U.S. Marine Corps Most Distinguished Female Athlete Award in 2010.

Personal...Daughter of Ed and Deb Schwab. Majoring in Interior Architecture.
