2012... CSAC All-Academic Honor Roll. Team Captain. Ran a Personal Best 6k time at the Connecticut College Invitational (25:28). Finished 21st place at the CSAC Championships.
2011...CSAC Academic Honor Roll. Placed 17th at the CSAC Championships (6K) with a time of 23:17.4. Best time of the season in the 5k was a 72nd place finish at the Lebonan Valley Invite in 21:55. Season's best in the 6k at Paul Short where she ran a 26:47.
2010...CSAC All-Academic Fall 2010. Best time of the year was a fifth place finish for the Pacers at the season opener at Gwynedd in a time of 20:48. Finished her season at the Slippery Rock 6k Invitational with a time of 26:44.
High School...2009 Cross Country STAC Sportsmanship Award, 2010 Most Improved Award for indoor track, 2010 Coaches Award for outdoor track, 2010 Scholastic Athlete. Three-time Scholar-Athlete.
Personal...Daughter of Karen and Dan Gates. Majoring in Early Childhood Education/Special Education.
