2015...First Team All-CSAC. CSAC All-Academic Honor Roll. Claimed third at CSAC Championships with a time of 20:35. Spotted 50th at Mid Atlantic Regionals for a personal record of 23:31. Took fifth at the Marywood Invite. Finished 32nd in the 6K at Dickinson. Took second on the team in six of seven races.

2014...Named to First Team All-CSAC. CSAC All-Academic Honor Roll. Named ECAC South Region Rookie Runner of the Week for the week ending Sept. 28. Competed in six races. Established her personal record (23:58) twice at Lock Haven and the CSAC Championships. Earned all-conference status with a seventh place finish at CSACs. Ran a 25:13 to finish in 161st at the NCAA Regionals. Took 39th against Division I, II and III competition at Lock Haven. Finished second on the team in three races. 

High School....Finished 14th at Regional championships in cross country. Scholar Athlete. Placed third in the 3200 relay in indoor and outdoor track Howard County championships. Voted most improved for 2014 indoor track season. 

Personal...Daughter of James and Jennifer Froh. Majoring in Art Therapy.
