Cameron Stinchfield was named the head men’s and women’s cross country and track & field coach at Marywood University in July 2024.
Prior to joining Marywood, Stinchfield served as a cross country and track & field graduate assistant coach at Fairleigh Dickinson University in Teaneck, New Jersey for two seasons. In that role, he designed and implemented all distance workouts for the Knights’ men’s and women’s track and field teams. His athletes consistently achieved personal bests, often recording lifetime-best performances on the track. Stinchfield also assisted with recruiting efforts and managed team equipment and inventory.
Stinchfield was a three-sport student-athlete at Keene State College in New Hampshire, competing in cross country, track and field, and swimming. At the Little East Conference Championships, he placed ninth in the cross country 8K and ninth in the outdoor track 800 meters. In the pool, he competed at the NEISDA Championships, finishing seventh in the 1,000 freestyle, eighth in the 1,650 freestyle, and 10th in the 500 freestyle.
A native of Wakefield, New Hampshire, Stinchfield earned his bachelor’s degree in history from Keene State. He later completed a master’s degree in sports management and administration with a focus in coaching leadership from Fairleigh Dickinson.
Stinchfield resides in Dickson City and enjoys fishing and cycling in his free time.
