Mikayla Bayly joins the Marywood University volleyball staff as an assistant coach for the 2025 season. 

Coach Bayly previously coached at Keystone College as an assistant coach for 4 seasons alongside Coach Eddinger.  She also coaches for Electric City Volleyball club based out of Scranton. 

Coach Bayly played collegiately at Colorado Northwestern and Lackawanna College as a setter.

She lives in Waymart, Pa.
