Pacers Stumble at Marymount Tri-Match

Arlington, Va. – Marywood University dropped a pair of matches at the Marymount Tri-Match Saturday in women's volleyball. The Pacers were set back in three sets by Marymount and Lebanon Valley.

Marywood fell to the host Saints by scores of 25-14, 25-15, 25-20. The Pacers were on the short end against the Flying Dutchmen by scores of 25-12, 25-15, 25-9.

Against the Saints, Peri Sheerin had eight kills and a .333 attack percentage. Nicole Cashman tallied six kills and two blocks.

Jordan Vossler finished with 14 digs. Sara Burgos had 13 assists.

Against the Flying Dutchmen, Ashley King provided a team-high six points with four kills and three blocks. Vossler tallied 19 digs, and Burgos finished with nine assists.

Marywood travels to Radnor, Pa. to take on Cabrini University on Wednesday at 7 p.m.
