Softball Falls to Montclair to Close Florida Trip

Clermont, Fla. - Marywood University's softball team dropped their spring break finale as the Pacers (2-6) fell to Montclair State 13-1 in five innings.

Marywood scored the first run of the game as Hailey Rapisardi singled to center to score Jackie Burke, but that was the lone run the Pacers would score.  

Montclair State answered back with a seven-run first to put the game out of reach early.  They would later score four in the third and plate their final two runs in the fourth.  

Kelly McKenna suffered the loss on the mound. 

Marywood is slated to host the University of Scranton Wednesday in a doubleheader beginning at 3:00 pm.
