Casey Leads Pacers to Victory Over Scranton

Mount Cobb, Pa. - Mariah Casey earned medalist honors for the second match in a row as she led Marywood University's women's golf team to a 363-381 win over The University of Scranton.

Casey shot a 12-over par 84 at Scranton Municipal, besting teammate Leslie Major (88) by four strokes. Major came in second and was followed by Tessa Briselden, who shot a 92 for third place.

Scranton placed the next five finishers, but with Briana Baker's round of 99, Marywood clinched the win, improving to 3-2 in dual matches. Juliet Lepri scored a 112.

Marywood will host the Atlantic East Conference Championship on Tuesday, April 23 at Glenmaura National in Moosic.
