Men's Soccer Falls to Monarchs After Lightning Delay

Wilkes-Barre Twp., Pa. – After a 2 ½ hour lightning delay to the start of the game, Marywood University dropped a 5-0 decision to King's College Wednesday in non-conference men's soccer action. The Monarchs had a 3:30 span with three goals scored in the first half.

Aidan DeCamillo had a hat trick for the Monarchs. DeCamillo scored in the 25th, 28th and 60th minutes.

Alastair Dinnan started things off for King's with a goal in the sixth minute from Fabio Massa.

Aziz Ayiteh had a pair of assists.

King's outshot the Pacers 19-4 overall and 8-1 on target. The Monarchs had an 8-2 advantage in corner kicks.

Mike Gallagher made three saves for the Pacers.

Giovanni Amato had the Pacers' lone shot on goal in the 80th minute, following a blocked shot via Laurence Graziano.

Marywood (0-4-0) seeks its first win Saturday when it travels to Keystone College at 3:00 pm.
