Over the next three minutes, Marywood went on a 10-point run, capped by an old-fashioned three-point play by Aungst to go ahead 37-25. Neumann finished the last 1:50 of the third quarter on a six-point advantage and moved within four (39-35) on Kamryn Englert's jumper in the paint.
Neumann's luck ran out in the fourth quarter, held without a field goal for the first 6:41. Meanwhile, the Pacers outscored Neumann 11-2 during the first three minutes.
Allison Bashore's long-ranged shot from Aungst gave them a 13-point lead with 7:17 remaining.
Marywood (5-11, 2-5 Atlantic East) outscored the Knights 16-4 in second-change points and 17-6 in points off turnovers (despite both teams giving up an equal number).
Neumann (5-13, 1-5 Atlantic East) was kept to a 23.8 percent field goal percentage. It was the best defensive outing by the Pacers since they held Gwynedd Mercy University to 22.7 percent in the Atlantic East Conference playoffs last season.
It marks the Pacers' third straight win over Neumann.
