Marywood Drops a Pair to Lebanon Valley, Berks

Scranton, Pa. - Marywood University dropped both ends of a home volleyball tri-match against Penn State Berks and Lebanon Valley College. The Pacers fell in four sets to the Lions, and Marywood lost 3-0 to the Flying Dutchmen. 

Marywood was defeated by Penn State Berks by scores of 25-19, 25-18, 19-25, 25-20. The Pacers fell to Lebanon Valley by scores of 25-13, 25-17, 25-11. 

Against the Lions, Casey Hagerstrom finished with 14 kills and a .462 attack percentage. Rebecca Klemovitch had nine kills and a .304 attack percentage. 

Shannon Corr finished with three aces, 14 digs and eight kills. Sara Burgos had a double-double with 35 assists and 11 digs, and Donna Bostjancic tallied 11 digs. 

Against the Flying Dutchmen, Klemovitch totaled seven kills. Bostjancic supplied 11 digs, and Burgos finished with 13 assists. 

Libby Smith factored in with seven digs and four aces. 

Marywood travels up the line to take on Clarks Summit University on Tuesday night.
