Men's Soccer Blanked by River Hawks, Face Cabrini in Atlantic East Playoffs

Selinsgrove, Pa. - Marywood University was shut out by Susquehanna University 3-0 Wednesday to close its men's soccer regular season. As the rest of the Atlantic East slate wrapped, the Pacers secured the No. 6 seed. 

Marywood will travel to No. 3 Cabrini University on Saturday at a time to be determined. 

Max Paczewski put the River Hawks ahead in the eighth minute on a TJ Grube assist. Adrian Dilascio added another Susquehanna goal five minutes later from Sean Kellogg. 

Susquehanna wrapped the scoring 23 seconds before the final whistle went off. Calvin Paulick scored from Walter Wyatt. 

The River Hawks out-shot Marywood 18-10 and 7-3 on target. Susquehanna had an 8-5 edge in corners. 

Niko Leibkuchler made four saves, including a stop on a 1v1 attempt that saw the Miami native charge an attacker and stop a ball at point-blank range.
