Moravian (1-4) used an eight-point run to take a 57-50 lead midway through the second half. The Pacers had a 14-4 swing over a five-minute span to garner the lead. Bivins made a jumper at 5:33 to take a 64-63 lead in the Pacers' favor. After Bivins padded the margin with a layup on the next possession, Moravian's Danny Cooper made a 3-pointer to draw the score 66-66 with precisely five minutes left.

Mendygral knocked down two free throws, and Holman swiped a ball and made a free throw at the other end. Marquis Ratcliff twice made it a one-point game, and Seitz responded both times on Marywood's side of the court. He made an old-fashioned three-point play to go ahead 74-70.

Until Porter Kelly's last-second jumper, Marywood (3-3) kept Moravian scoreless for a 2:46 span as they collected seven-straight points to seal the victory.
