Pacers Come Up Short to Seahawks on the Road

St. Mary's City, Md. - Marywood University men's and women's swimming and diving teams competed for the second consecutive day in an Atlantic East Conference meet against St. Mary's College of Maryland. The Pacers' women fell 144-86, and the men were on the short end of a 186-25 decision to the Seahawks.

Samantha Peck had a pair of first-place finishes to lead the Pacers. Peck took the top spot in the 200 free with a time of 2:13.4. She was also the first finisher in the 100 fly in 1:06.84.

Sabrina Zieger came in first in the 1,000 free in 12:26.06. She was also runner-up in the 200 back with a time of 2:28.44.

Mackenzie Blithe won the 50 free in 28.93 seconds. She came third to Peck in the 200 free in 2:18.53.

In the 200 fly, Maggie Davis produced a first-place finish in 2:39.52. Molly O'Neill was third place in the 500 free in 6:21.22.

The women's 20 free relay of Aubrey Mangan, Blithe, Peck and Davis were first place in 1:56.44.

On the men's side, Dylan Hervieux won for the second straight day, taking the 200 back in 2:11.61.
