Pacers Shine in Tri-Match Against Wilkes, King's

Scranton, Pa. - The Pacers hosted both Wilkes University and King's University in a tri-match this afternoon.

To lead the Men's team, Dylan Hervieux was able to bring home wins in three different events on the day. Hervieux placed first in the Men's 200 Yard Freestyle with a time of 1:54.97, the Men's 100 Yard Butterfly with a time of 56.33, and lastly the Men's 100 Yard Backstroke with a time of 58.44.

Johnny Wargins added to the Men's victories today with a win of his own, coming in the Men's 500 Yard Freestyle, finishing with a time of 6:43.19.

Marywood also got two victories in Men's Diving, thanks to Patrick Marbaker, who scored a 172.05 in the 1 Meter Dive, and a 182.65 in the 3 Meter Dive.

On the Women's side, Molly Englehardt was the top finisher in both the Women's 1000 Yard Freestyle with a time of 12:07.30, along with the Women's 50 Yard Freestyle with a time of 27.98.

Emerson Gellert pulled through as well for the Pacers, with a time of 1:09.37 in the Women's 100 Yard Butterfly, and a 1:13.45 finish in the Women's 100 Yard Backstroke.

Marywood will be back in action on Saturday, when they travel to Arlington, VA for a tri-match with Marymount University and Cedar Crest College.
