Pacers Swept by Bridgewater, Marymount

Marywood locks No. 4 seed in Atlantic East playoffs, take on Centenary in first round

Arlington, Va. — Marywood University was swept in a volleyball tri-match in Northern Virginia on Saturday. The Pacers lost in three sets to Bridgewater and Marymount. 

Bridgewater 3, Marywood 0

Bridgewater won by scores of 25-15, 25-10, 25-15. 

Casey Hagerstrom had five kills with a .188 attack percentage. Gianna Norton had 12 digs. 

Bridgewater's Reagan Stoop had 12 kills. Madeline Walker had 10 digs. 

Marymount 3, Marywood 0

Marymount prevailed by scores of 25-23, 25-12, 25-18. 

Hagerstrom again had a team-best eight kills. She committed no errors with a .571 attack percentage. 

Mikayla Meek finished with six kills, 14 assists, two aces, and seven digs. 

Donna Bostjancic made seven digs to increase her career total to 962. 

Marywood is idle until Saturday, Nov. 4. The Pacers will head to Poughkeepsie, N.Y. to take on Russell Sage College and Vassar College in a tri-match.
