Pacers Fall on the Road Against Flying Dutchmen

Annville, Pa. — The Pacers traveled down to Lebanon Valley College to take on the Flying Dutchman Wednesday evening. Marywood would go onto drop the game 66-53, and fall to a record of 3-5. LVC improved to 3-2 with the victory. 

The Pacers scored first but were unable to hold the lead. The Flying Dutchman went into halftime up 30-21. 

The Flying Dutchmen maintained their lead throughout the third and fourth quarter to secure the win. 

The Pacers as a team shot a collective 21-55 (38.2%). This included going 3-19 (15.8%) from behind the arc and 8-10 (80%) from the line. 

Alli Griscavage led Marywood all around, netting 14 points (6-11 shooting) in addition to grabbing nine boards. 

Faith Kendricks also contributed with 10 points and six rebounds of her own. 

The Pacers collected 12 total assists and 32 rebounds. 

Kate Fitzpatrick led the Flying Dutchman with 15 points (on 6-16 shooting), while the team as a whole shot 27-58 (46.6%) and 3-12 (25%) from three. 

Lebanon Valley also recorded 15 assists and 37 rebounds. 

Marywood will look to rebound on Saturday, when they host King's College at 1pm.
