Pacers Open York Tourney with Loss to Randolph-Macon

York, Pa. - Marywood University lost to Randolph-Macon College 89-53 Saturday to open the Spartan Basketball Classic at York College of Pennsylvania. The Pacers will take on SUNY Poly in the second day of the tournament. 

Austin Bausman was the lone player in double figures with 11 points. Bausman went 4 for 4 from the field. 

Randolph-Macon was led by Amr Areikat with 15 points. Margad Choijilsuren and Lance Johnson finished with 11 and 10 points, respectively. Daniel Mbangue collected a game-high 11 rebounds. 

The Yellow Jackets outrebounded the Pacers by a 47-22 margin, translating into a 23-8 advantage in second-chance points. They dominated the paint, outscoring Marywood by 52-16.
