Marywood Falters to Marymount on Senior Day

Scranton, Pa. — Marymount University outscored Marywood University in all four quarters to pull away a victory in women's basketball on senior day. The Saints downed the Pacers 53-36. 

Prior to the game, the Pacers celebrated two seniors Jade Rolon and Savannah Purdy. The duo was honored for their contributions to the team, athletics department and university community. 

Sophomore Olivia Ciullo finished with 12 points and nine rebounds, while Purdy collected nine points and two rebounds.

Late in the third quarter, Mraymount had a 13-point run on the Pacers to finish the quarter with a 51-24 lead over Marywood. 

Marymount's Chandler Eddleton finished with a double-double of 17 points and 13 rebounds. 

The Pacers will travel to Immaculata Wednesday for the final game of the regular season.
