Pacers Finish Regular Season With a Loss to the Mighty Macs

Seven different Pacers scored in the loss

Scranton, Pa. — Marywood University women's basketball finalized the regular season with a 65-53 loss against Immaculata Wednesday night. The Pacers finished 12-11 overall, and dropped to 2-9 in Atlantic East Conference play.

Sophomore guard Rachel McDonald led the Pacers with 17 points, while Colby White contributed 11 points and seven rebounds. 

Marywood outscored the Mighty Macs 15-6 in the first quarter, but was unable to keep the momentum moving. 

Immaculata had a six point run on the Pacers to lessen the deficit to go into half time only trailing by one point.

Both teams scored 23 points in the final quarter, but was not enough to come up with a win for the Pacers. 

Immacualata's Reese Mullins finished with 21 points in the win over Marywood. 

The Pacers will await their fate as Atlantic East Playoffs will begin Monday.
