Hood's Late Goal Downs Marywood

Scranton, Pa. - The Marywood University men's soccer team fell to the Hood College Blazers  Wednesday afternoon in a 1-0 match. 

The Pacers (4-5) had possession for the majority of the match, having 22 shots with eight being on goal.

The Blazers (2-8) had nine shots, three of which were on target. 

Marywood had eight corners compared to Hood's zero. 

Hood was held down until the 84th minute when JP Wiemann saw James Endicott who laced the ball in the lower left corner of the goal to give the Blazer a 1-0 lead. 

Alex Russo recorded two saves. 

The Pacers look to bounce back when they face SUNY Environmental Sciences and Forestry on Saturday.
