Pacers Swim Past Bison, Fall to Seahawks.

St. Mary's City, Md. – The Marywood University men's and women's swimming teams defeated Gallaudet 117-66 and 173-38, respectively. The men lost to the Seahawks 213-30, while the women lost to the Seahawks 154-93.

The 200-yard medley relay team of Tori Sills, Aubrey Mangan, Samantha Peck, and Emerson Gellert started the meet strong, securing a second place finish with a time of 2:03.89.

The men's 200 medley relay team of Alex McCarey, Zach Grosvenor, Alex Corcoran, and Nathan Grosvenor swam third with a time of 1:59.06.

Molly Englehardt had one first place swim and a new PR in the 1000 free with a time of 11:46.33 almost 10 seconds ahead of second place. Englehardt also had a second-place swim in the 50 free with a time of 27.43 seconds.

Mangan won the 100 breast in 1:16.77. She swam to a second place finish in the 200 free with a time of 2:14.48.

Catelyn Lieser was first place in the 200 breast with a mark of 2:54.63. She followed close behind Mangan in the 100 breast, finishing second with a time of 1:18.92. Lieser finished third in the 50 free in 28.02 seconds.

Gellert swam her way to three second-place swims in the 100 back (1:09.52),100 free (1:01.56), and 100 fly (1:06.72).

Peck finished less than a second behind first place in the 200 fly, finishing second with a 2:28.03. She also came second in the 500 free with a new PR of 5:50.55, only 49-hundredths of a seconds off of first place. She had a second place swim in the 400 IM 0f 5:27.47.

McCarey swam his way to third with a time of 2:29.14 in the 200 back, only 6 seconds off of first place. He also swam third in the 500 free with a time of 6:04.52 which is a new PR.

The women's 200 free relay of Lieser and Englehardt, joined by Adrianna Howell and Kailey Rillstone, swam to a second place finish with a time of 1:58.94.
