Higgins Tabs AEC Defensive Player of the Week

Haddonfield, N.J. - The Atlantic East Conference announced the Women's Soccer Weekly Award Winners Monday. Marywood's Britlyn Higgins was named Defensive Player of the Week.

Higgins anchored a defense that recorded its 11th shutout of the season in a 4-0 win over Immaculata. The Pacers defense kept the Mighty Macs to seven shots on goal.

The Pacers host the Atlantic East Semifinals Tuesday, against No. 5 Gwynedd Mercy.
