The game was delayed for several hours due to a power outage on Drew's campus.
John Scibello scored a pair of goals for the Pacers.
Ben Peters scored one goal.
Dominic Cottone led the Pacers defensively with four ground balls and two caused turnovers.
Colin Trainor had seven saves in goal. His counterpart Joe Barnish made 15 stops.
Mike DeMayo led the Rangers with three goals and two assists for five points.
Marywood travels to Edwardsville, Pa. on Wednesday to take on Wilkes University.
