Haddonfield, N.J. — Marywood University senior Megan Cavoli was selected to the Atlantic East Conference First Team in women's basketball, officials announced Wednesday. It is the first all-conference laurel of Cavoli's career and the Pacers' second-straight First Team nod.
Cavoli led the Pacers with 12.4 points per game. She had a team-high 83 assists with a 1.43 assists-to-turnover ratio. Cavoli also provided 24 steals and nine blocks. She shot .413 from the field, and she had a .794 free-throw percentage.
During Atlantic East play, Cavoli ranked seventh in scoring with 13.4 points per game. She was third in assists per game (3.3), fifth in field-goal percentage (.403) and fifth in assist-to-turnover ratio (1.3). Cavoli was named Atlantic East Player of the Week (2/9) and made the weekly honor roll twice.
During the Atlantic East playoffs, Cavoli averaged 21 points per game against the top two teams in the conference.
The Harrisburg, Pa. native ranked 96th nationall in assist-to-turnover ratio. She was 181st in asssists and 189th in minutes per game (33.32).
Cavoli completes her career across Division II and III with 615 points, 182 assists and 54 steals.
