Women's Soccer Undefeated Run Halts at Six, Falls to Ospreys on PK

Galloway, N.J. — Marywood University had its unbeaten women's soccer streak end at six games. The Pacers fell 1-0 to Stockton University on Saturday. 

The Ospreys (2-1-3) scored the lone goal on a penalty kick chance in the 60th minute. Erin Lally converted the opportunity to take the 1-0 lead. 

Marywood falls to 5-1-1 overall. 

Stockton outshot the Pacers by a 12-5 margin. The Ospreys doubled Marywood 6-3 in shots on target. The Pacers led the Ospreys 2-1 in corner kicks. 

Genevieve Morrison made five saves for the Pacers. Stockton's Tori Vliet had three saves for the clean sheet. 

Marywood hosts Oswego State on Wednesday night at 7 p.m.
