Misericordia Sinks Men's Swimming

Scranton, Pa. - Visiting Misericordia University raced past Marywood University's men's swimming Friday night, 81-30. Marywood fell to 1-5 with the setback.

The Pacers' 200 medley relay team started things off strong for the Pacers, winning the event in a time of 2:00.16. Bob Wishart, Jason Lee, John Platt and Dan Shannon combined for the win.

Unfortunately for Marywood, the Cougars won all remaining events. Lee was able to take third in the 500 freestyle while Wishart finished third in the 50 free and 100 free.

The Pacers will host Cabrini Saturday in their final regular season Atlantic East meet. The meet is set to begin at 1:00 pm.
