Women's Tennis Ends Five-Match Skid, Defeats Clarks Summit 8-1

Box Score Scranton, Pa. - Marywood University's women's tennis team defeated Clarks Summit University on Tuesday, winning the match by a score of 8-1. All three of the Pacers' doubles squads won their sets by a combined 18 games.

Marywood (3-9) had 8-2 victories in all three of the doubles competitions.

In singles play, the Defenders' Sadowitz was the only member of the Clarks Summit team to win their match. Allison Bashore, Faith Kendricks, McKenna Seavey, Gianna Snell, and Gabby Nunez all won at two through six singles, respectively.

Marywood returns to the court on Saturday at Neumann University in Atlantic East Conference action.
