Welker Lands on Atlantic East Conference Weekly Honor Roll

Haddonfield, N.J. – The Atlantic East Conference announced the Women's Swimming and Diving weekly award winners on Monday. Marywood University's Harper Welker was tabbed to the Weekly Honor Roll.

Welker swam a pair of career bests in both the 100 and 200 backstroke events at a tri-match against St. Mary's and Cedar Crest held at the University of Scranton. Welker dropped 2.45 seconds to win the 200 back in 2:29.16. She out-touched the Seahawks' Liv Macuso by three-tenths of a second for a 100 back victory in 1:08.25.

The Pacers will be back in action Saturday on the road against Gallaudet.
