Cavoli Named Atlantic East Player of the Week

Averaged 18.5 points a game

Haddonfield, N.J. – The Atlantic East Conference announced the Women's Basketball weekly award winners on Monday. Marywood University's Megan Cavoli was named Atlantic East Player of the Week.

Cavoli led the Pacers to a pair of Atlantic East victories with 18.5 points per game. She produced 20 points with six assists in a 63-53 victory over Gwynedd Mercy. Cavoli scored 17 points in a fourth quarter comeback win against Pratt. The Pacers propelled themselves to a 73-65 win thanks to nine fourth-quarter points from Cavoli. She was 10 for 11 from the charity stripe.

The Pacers will be back in action Wednesday, against Immaculata.
