Meighan Earns Atlantic East Player of the Week Honors

Haddonfield, N.J.- Marywood University women's lacrosse Avery Meighan was named Atlantic East Player of the Week, announced by the conference office Monday afternoon.

Meighan led the Pacers to an Atlantic East-opening win with an eight-goal performance against Immaculata. She scored eight goals for the third time in her career — all versus the Mighty Macs — in a 24-6 victory. Meighan added four caused turnovers, four draw controls and three ground balls.

This is Meighan's second player of the week honor and third weekly award of the 2026 season.

Marywood is idle until after Easter break. They return to the field next Wednesday to face Gwynedd Mercy University.
