Men’s Golf Ties for Fifth at Kean Invitational

Kenilworth, N.J.- The Marywood University men's golf team competed at the Kean Invitational, hosted by Kean University Friday morning at Galloping Hills.

Marywood finished tied for fifth place in the team standings, posting a total score of 347 (+63). The Pacers shared the spot with Manhattanville, trailing tournament host Kean University, which captured the team title at (+5). Rutgers-Camden (+22), Kean's "B" team (+35), and William Paterson (+48) rounded out the teams ahead of Marywood.

Luke Landis paced the Pacers with a team-best round of 79. Ryan Wittenberg followed with an 83, while Baden Hancock carded an 86. Jacob Begin and Zachary Mest rounded out the lineup with scores of 95 and 99, respectively.

Marywood will return to the course on Monday, April 20, when it hosts Moravian University at Stone Hedge Golf Course. Tee time is set for 11:30 a.m.
