Marywood Men's Golf Defeated by King's

Hanover Township, Pa. – Marywood University's men's golf opened their spring season with a loss to King's College. Marywood shot a combined team score of 353 (+73) as King's shot a team score of 322 (+42).
 
Austin Zehel had the best round of the day for the Pacers shooting an 82 (+12). Zehel's 82 was good enough to take third place, just one stroke ahead of King's Matt Havrilla (83). Tyler Papura and Alex Rowan finished in first and second respectively for the Monarchs. Papura shot a 75 (+5) and Rowan shot a 78 (+8).
 
Other top finishers for Marywood were Joseph Weber and James Tressler. Weber took fifth shooting an 84 (+14) on the day. Tressler shot an 87 (+17), just one stroke behind Lyle Luckenbill of King's.
 
Marywood will compete in the Glenmaura National College Invitational on April 14th and 15th at the Glenmaura National Country Club.
