Holman Named to AEC Weekly Honor Roll

Lancaster, Pa. - Marywood University men's basketball junior Jason Holman was named to the Atlantic East Conference's weekly honor roll, officials announced Monday afternoon.

Holman averaged 21.67 points per game and 8.67 rebounds per game in a 2-1 week for the Pacers. He had team-highs in all three games and was named to the All-Tournament team at the NYU Tip-Off Tournament. In the Pacers' two wins, Holman's point totals of 24 and 23 were game-highs and were combined with 11 and 12 rebounds, respectively, for double-doubles. For the week, the junior forward went 26-for-48 (.540) from the field, 10 of 12 (.833) from the line, grabbed 26 rebounds and dished out six assists.

The Pacers return to action this Friday as they host the Electic City Classic, presented by P.W. Washo. Marywood will take on Cairn University in the opening game at 6:00 pm.
