Men's Golf Gears Up for MASCACs at Misericordia, Moravian

Marywood defeats King's at Irem Temple

Dallas, Pa.; Upper Saucon, Pa. -- Marywood University men's golf competed at Moravian University's Weyhill Classic and the Misericordia University Tri-Match early this week. It is the Pacers' final match before the MASCAC Championships in Massachusetts on Sept. 28-29.

At Moravian, Marywood tied for 10th place out of 12 teams. The Pacers finished with 357 points for a 73-over par. Marywood tied with Moravian's B-side and Penn State Lehigh Valley.

On the Par 71 Course at Saucon Valley Country Club, Ben Galko tied for 19th place with an 82 for an 11-over par score.

Zachary Valeski tied for 46th place with a 92 (21-over). Luke Landis shot a 93 (22-over) to tie for 50th. Baden Hancock made his debut with a 94 (23-over).

At Misericordia, Marywood scored a 365 to defeat King's College (399) and lose to Misericordia (343).

On the Par 72 course at Irem Temple Country Club, Luke Landis tied for fifth place with a 90 (18-over). Hancock and Valeski each scored a 91 to tie for seventh.

Kaeden Kuzmeirz shot an 93 (21-over) to tie for 10th place. Soren Svanson rounded out the Marywood golfers with a 95.
