Barwick Collects MAC Freedom Offensive Player of the Week Honors

Newtown, Pa.- Marywood University's Brooke Barwick was named MAC Field Hockey Freedom Offensive Player of the Week on Tuesday morning.

She is the first field hockey player to receive a weekly conference award from the Middle Atlantic Conference.

Barwick posted nine points on four goals and an assist as Marywood split its week. She recorded her second career hat trick — three goals, an assist — in a 5-1 win over Keuka, then scored a third-quarter equalizer in a 2-1 loss to Bryn Mawr.

The Pacers (3-3) hosts Lycoming College tomorrow at 4 p.m.
