Lancaster, Pa. — Marywood University freshman Lauren Youngken was named the Atlantic East Conference Field Hockey Offensive Player of the Week, officials announced Monday for the week ending Oct. 31. Youngken led the Pacers to a fourth seed in the conference tournament. 

Youngken tallied seven points on three goals and an assist in a 5-0 win at Neumann Wednesday night to help the Pacers clinch the No. 4 seed in the AEC post-season tournament. Her first tally of the game came just 3:43 into the contest, proving to be the game-winner.

Marywood travels to St. Mary's College of Maryland on Wednesday in the Atlantic East semifinal.
